Last week the congressional committee released its report on the attack on the American embassy in Benghazi in 2012. Ambassador Stevens and 3 other brave Americans, who fought for nine hours, were finally killed by the Muslim attackers. Ten others were wounded. We all know that Obama and Hillary lied that the attack was caused by a YouTube video made by some obscure guy who was thrown into jail, although he was completely innocent. Susan Rice, another loser, went on five Sunday morning news shows and repeated the video lie. For her outstanding lying, she received a promotion. It’s nice to be rewarded for doing a good job of repeating a lie, isn’t it?
What we don’t know, and after the Benghazi committee spent a year investigating the attack couldn’t find out, is where Obama and Hillary were on that long and deadly night? Remember Hillary’s famous campaign commercial in 2008, “Who do you want answering the Whitehouse phone at 3 AM?” Obviously, neither Obama nor Hillary were answering the phone on the night the Americans at the embassy were begging for help.
Hillary has side-stepped that question every time it has been asked and where was Obama? “I don’t know where he was,” Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy said during an interview on America’s Newsroom last Wednesday.
There is nothing in the lengthy report detailing Obama’s whereabouts despite the Committee sending the President a list of questions about his role that night. According to a Fox News Chief Intelligence Correspondent, Obama’s attorneys have advised him not to answer any questions regarding his whereabouts during the attack. Why is that, I wonder? Why should he need lawyers to keep him from telling us simply where he was and what he did? If he was at the helm of the ship of state, he should say so, shouldn’t he? Why won’t he tell us where he was and what actions he took, if it was all above board?
Well, what we do know is that “someone” told the military commanders who were ready to go to the aid of Stevens and his compatriots to “stand down.” What good is a Commander in Chief of our military, if he allows American’s to be murdered when they could have been saved? The answer to that question is obvious.
